Once an order has entered processing, we are unable to make changes or cancellations.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item(s)
- Photos of the packaging (if applicable)
