Return Policy

For hygiene, health, and product integrity reasons, all purchases and sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for any skincare and beauty tool products, including products that have been opened, unopened, used, tested, or simply no longer wanted.

Please carefully review your order before completing your purchase.

Refund Policy

Because all purchases and sales are final, Glowing Secrets does not offer refunds for:

• Incorrect product selection
• Skin compatibility
• Allergic reactions or sensitivities
• Products that did not meet personal expectations
• Products that did not produce desired results
• Orders delayed by shipping carriers
• Packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To be eligible for a replacement, you must provide:

• Your order number
• Clear photographs of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item
• Photographs of the product packaging (if applicable)

Once reviewed and approved, we will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.

Claims submitted more than 48 hours after delivery may not be eligible for replacement.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered, please contact the shipping carrier directly to report the issue.

Once a package has been marked as Delivered by the shipping carrier, Glowing Secrets is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

We are happy to assist by providing shipment information whenever possible.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering an accurate shipping address during checkout.

Orders shipped to an address provided incorrectly by the customer are not eligible for refunds or complimentary replacements.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.

Sale Items

All sale, promotional, clearance, and discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

No Exchanges

We do not offer product exchanges.
